Routine appointments can be pre-booked

Our current appointment system provides 50% of all appointments available to book in advance. This means that if you wish to see a specific doctor it is advisable to pre-book, but this may entail waiting several days. There are also appointments available on the day although it is not always possible to see your doctor of choice on the same day.

Appointments may be made at all times through our online booking or automated telephone systems or in person at reception or by telephone during opening hours

For emergencies, if the surgeries are full and we are unable to book you an appointment, you will be offered a telephone consultation with a doctor. If the doctor feels your problem needs to be dealt with on the same day an emergency appointment can be arranged.

Chaperone Policy

If you would like to have a chaperone present during an examination by a doctor, please let the doctor know. We are happy to arrange for a chaperone to be present.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible by cancelling your appointment via the online or automated booking systems or by calling reception in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
